The BBC this week covered a row in Brighton, where a group running trauma-healing classes for survivors of sexual assault and domestic abuse restricted attendance to "biological women only." Venues cancelled, accusations flew, and the whole thing became another flashpoint in a debate that seems to generate more heat than light.
